These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 80toto platform and all services provided at https://80toto.bet. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on the Platform or use any of its Services. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ policy in alignment with Indonesian responsible gaming standards. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including prior to permitting account registration, deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform's Services are offered primarily to players residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your location before registering.
2.3 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
2.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of 80toto or any affiliated company; (c) immediate family members of 80toto employees; (d) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the Platform's Services, you must complete the registration form at /80toto-login, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian address, valid email address, and a secure password. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. 80toto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 80toto immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 80toto may require you to complete identity verification. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, Passport, or SIM), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and — where deposits were made via e-wallet — confirmation of e-wallet ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. 80toto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) chargebacks initiated against deposits; or (e) irregular betting patterns indicative of abuse of bonus promotions. In cases of fraud or serious breach, the Platform reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and C IMB Niaga; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card, or international wire transfers at this time.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. 80toto reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits made via local bank transfer and supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited to your IDR Wallet instantly or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing infrastructure. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take longer. 80toto is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours during high-volume periods or where KYC verification is pending.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where a Player has received Bonus Funds, applicable Turnover Requirements must be met before any associated winnings from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal. 80toto reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.6 No Fees. 80toto does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which 80toto accepts no responsibility.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of Rp 20.000 may be deducted from the dormant Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified via email before the dormancy policy is applied.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 80toto are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Turnover Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum turnover (wagering) requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games with an RTP above 97% or on certain low-margin betting markets may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling the Turnover Requirement. Full details are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Validity Period. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and any associated Turnover Requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unfulfilled Turnover Requirement at the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.
5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Only one active bonus promotion may be claimed per Player per promotional period unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise. Players may not combine multiple welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, or referral bonuses concurrently.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. 80toto employs fraud detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using Bonus Funds exclusively on low-risk or statistically hedged bets; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions. Where bonus abuse is detected, 80toto reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
5.6 Withdrawal Priority. Real Money Funds in your IDR Wallet are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless you explicitly elect otherwise. This ordering is designed to protect your deposited funds.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by 80toto. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) a system or pricing error has occurred; (b) the Player has exceeded applicable bet limits; (c) suspicious or irregular wagering activity is detected; or (d) a relevant sporting event has been cancelled, postponed, or voided.
6.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on the Platform — including football markets such as mix parlay (Indonesian-market combination betting), Asian Handicap (voor bola — the points-spread format widely used in Indonesian football betting), and outright winner markets — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and all other listed competitions are covered by standard football rules unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented by the dealer and the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round result as recorded by the game server shall be final.
6.4 Slots. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is disclosed within the game information screen. 80toto does not influence or adjust RTP settings for individual players.
6.5 System Errors. In the event of a manifest technical error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or system malfunctions — 80toto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's IDR Wallet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest error are not payable.
7.1 Commitment. 80toto is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that can be activated at any time from your Account settings. These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time alerts and automatic logout; cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks; and permanent or temporary self-exclusion.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting 80toto support via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tool within their Account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During a self-exclusion period, the Platform will use reasonable technical means to prevent access to the Account. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will be subject to a minimum 7-day reflection period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 80toto brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 80toto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any third-party website; or use any 80toto trademarks or branding without express written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 80toto's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's IDR Wallet at the time the claim arises.
10.2 80toto shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or loss of goodwill; (d) service interruptions caused by events outside 80toto's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor outages, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 80toto uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and security, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
11.1 The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the 80toto Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11.2 80toto processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. Data is processed in accordance with applicable international data protection standards.
12.1 80toto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players by email at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amended terms take effect. Requests to close an Account for this reason will be processed without penalty.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 80toto holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact 80toto's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution process specified by the Platform's licensing authority.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Indonesia.
